After Working for 6 years in the F&B sector in Australia, he managed boutique restaurants to convention centres. Post his return to India, he started his own venture to offer the Indian Customers with best of multinational cuisines accompanied with top notch service.
Kapil is the co-founder of CCi and the soul of the kitchen. After graduating in Hotel Management from Pusa, he moved to Australia to pursue his degree in ‘Tourism and Hospitality’ from Macquarie University. He continues to push culinary boundaries redefining classics and innovating fusion delights to keep every customer’s taste bud alive.
