Sit Down By CCI Five Course Meal

He consistently strives to create new recipes and using his roots as inspiration to prepare vibrant tasteful & experimental gastronomical delights. A five-course meal is an excel lent way to treat your guests to some mouth-watering food over some exciting conversations. A service of pre-plated food to the guest, by the staff. This demands the service staff to be skilled in carrying plates without disturbing the food arranged on them.

  • Entremets-Sweet

Accompanied by 2 butler for every 6 guests… all the above would have at least 2 options to choose from, veg & non vegetarian options, as well as multiple high end options for our curator to choose from. for hygiene purposes – all dishes will be covered with a cloche (from the french for “bell”)

A kitchen away from kitchen

The catering aesthetics must evolve after the pandemic. We must understand the necessities of these times:

  • A one side glass kitchen structure for the guest’s satisfaction.
  • Proper ventilation and exhaust system must be part of our kitchen.
  • Stainless steel working tables with sinks and taps for hygienic purposes.
  • Proper hoods for gas ranges, tandoors, grills for maximum output and least room for error etc.
  • Water drainage system should be a part of our kitchen.
  • Waterproof, fireproof structure with anti-skid flooring preferably wooden.
  • Disinfectant sprayc urtains, hand and shoe sanitizers at all entry and exit points.
  • Garbage disposal system.
  • Sufficient fire extinguishers in the kitchen as well as a fire fighting van stationed next to the kitchen.
